EquineFlow Corporate FoundationsCorporate Foundations is a three-month immersion into the EquineFlow method.
It is designed for practitioners who want to work with EquineFlow in professional settings and need a grounded understanding of how the method works before applying it in more complex environments.

What this work focuses onEquineFlow works with how humans respond to environment, pressure, and interaction.
In this work, you learn to recognize:

how the nervous system shapes behavior
how people organize internally under pressure
where autonomy is present or lost
how patterns show up in real time

The emphasis is on observation and direct interaction, not interpretation.

MethodEquineFlow draws from:

applied neuroscience
Internal Family Systems
somatic experiencing
play-based learning
interaction with horses as responsive systems

Horses respond to what is present.
They do not follow instruction or expectation.
This makes visible:

incongruence
pressure
adaptation
loss of clarity

Participants learn how to work with that directly.

For you as a practitionerThis work requires precision.
It requires:

staying present without taking over
seeing patterns without labeling
allowing interaction to unfold without forcing outcome

This is developed through practice, not theory.

Format

small cohort (6–8 participants)
in-person intensives
live online sessions over three months
direct practice between sessions

Join Foundations

Corporate Horizons works at the level where coaching meets real systems. It consists of three stand-alone 3- month blocks that can be taken individually or as a sequence.

The certification training program is designed for practitioners who already work one-on-one or who have already finished EquineFlow Foundations, and are now stepping into organizations, teams, and multi-layered environments.

Corporate environments are complex and carry hierarchy, pressure, and competing interests.

People adapt to that.
Behavior shifts.
Clarity drops.
Strategic thinking gets hard.

For you as a coach, this means being able to meeting your client where they are, speaking the corporate language, and understanding the pressures they face.

In this work, you learn to see:

where pressure is shaping behavior
where people are complying and fawning instead of thinking strategically
where language no longer matches what is happening
where decisions are being made from distortion

You learn to coach your corporate clients to respond to that directly, in real time, so they can influence their environment in a way that produces results that matter.

small cohort (6–8 participants)
combination of in-person and live online sessions
direct application to real situations
ongoing reflection between sessions

EquineFlow practitioners expanding into corporate environments

deliver real value to their corporate clients

Entry
Participants either:

have completed EquineFlow foundation work
or
enter through Corporate Foundations

Structure
Corporate Horizons consists of three stand-alone blocks.
Each block runs for approximately three months.
They can be taken individually or as a sequence.

Horizons I — System Awareness

how organizations function beyond roles and titles
identifying patterns of pressure, control, and avoidance
distinguishing between stated issues and underlying dynamics
recognizing where interventions lose effectiveness

Horizons II — Application

structuring work with companies and teams
working with resistance and competing agendas
introducing experiential work, including horses, in a credible way
maintaining clarity in fast-moving environments

Horizons III — Positioning

how to communicate your work in corporate settings
holding your ground in hierarchical environments
setting boundaries without disengaging
operating with autonomy inside larger systems

Optional: Horizons IV — International (Netherlands)
An additional block offered in the Netherlands.
Focus:

working across cultural contexts
understanding how environment shapes behavior
applying the method outside familiar systems

Participation of Horizons IV is optional.
