Living with an invisible illness or disability can be frustrating and even, at times, disheartening. It is often hard to plan your days around chronic fatigue, discomfort or illness. It can be equally hard to deal with loved ones who have a hard time seeing past the fact that you “don’t look sick".
It's OK to feel conflicted and exhausted. Navigating life with an invisible illness is tricky, and the desire to look normal along with the desire for your illness to be taken seriously are natural. Join the herd to discover how to live a rich, fulfilling life, even with an invisible illness and find understanding with others who are going through the same.
