EquineFlow's Horse Guided Women's Leadership Development is a proven, science based, educational approach based on neuroscience and equine assisted learning.

Why Horses: 
Horses are masters of reading genuine emotions and offer non-biased mirroring how we appear to the world. Interaction with horses at liberty allows discovery of newfound insights in a gentle, heartfelt experiential way. The intuition, empathy and honesty of horses make learning exactly what it needs to be; confirming, challenging or comforting and gives you clarity and purpose. 

Each week includes:

• Short and sweet neuroscience fact on topic "Embodied Leadership, Inspiring Greatness, Boundary setting, Strategic Thinking, Optimizing Collaboration, Mind-control 
• 70 minutes of direct interaction with unbridled horses through free play and proven horse guided learning exercises. 
• Pragmatic reflection and anchoring.
